Terra West Construction Incorporated was established in 2011 by President and CEO Luis V. Garcia.  Mr. Garcia has over 40 years of General Engineering construction experience building heavy civil construction projects.  Terra West bids, manages, and builds subdivisions, roads, reconstructs, widenings, overlays, parking lots, schools, and private developments.  Terra West's staff can take your general engineering project, generate a competitive estimate and build in safely and in a timely manner.  We specialize in earthwork, grading, light demolition, concrete flatwork, storm drain installation, class II aggregate base, hot mix asphalt, and rental equipment.  In addition, we have individuals that are QSP and CESSWI certified for your WPCP or SWPPP needs, along with BMP implementation.   Team with us to help you build your next project.
